Northwest Reiki Gathering, August 7-9, 2009 (A Few Highlights)

This was a lovely gathering of about 70 practitioners. People came from places as far flung as Holland, Louisiana, Alaska, Florida and of course many from Oregon and Washington. Frank Coppieters and Phil Morgan long-time Reiki masters shared stories about growing into this calling with Reiki. They embodied a great reverence and humbleness for their relationship with Reiki. We participants were moved by the beauty of Reiki sharing in one room together. In that time we were invited to do the exact same hand positions at the exact same time guided by a bell. All this was accompanied by the gift of the land itself with warm natural hot springs, a wild flowing river, trails through old growth forest, a labyrinth and starry skies on a clear night
